In 2013 three men came together each bringing their own individual knowledge of the sport to the table. Tony Cox brought experience in running local leagues and competitions for many years around Sheppey where he lives. He has now retired after 40 years. He has met many professional players in the sport and he is also a keen photographer taking pictures of players in action on the dart boards and stage finals.

Ken Priestley has been running darts leagues in the Kent area for many years. He has the business and financial knowledge to secure Venues and Sponsors to create these events.

Dave Dempsey had a huge darting background going back to his early years playing in super league and is well known for his MC skills. Dave also worked with the PDC in an official capacity but now wants to give something back to the sport by organising tournaments that people can enjoy playing.

DARTS EVENTS 4U was then formed by Ken Priestley, Dave Dempsey and Tony Cox. Their aim was to provide  and promote family darts tournaments and weekends for all levels of players from holiday parks in the UK and have been organising Darts events for around 50 years in the North Kent and South East London area. They have a vast experience in running knock-out  tournaments.

Moving forward

Darts Events 4U now under the sole ownership of Ken Priestley will continue to keep the company’s great reputation for their Darts Weekends and will always strive to make the events bigger and better. We have a great dedicated team that takes care of the equipment, control table, social media and website to bring you all the information on past, present and future Events.
